Supporting the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority
The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority faced a major restructure, following the appointment of a new Chief Executive. One of Verve’s directors was engaged to provide technical assessment in recruiting three new senior communications professionals for the authority. This role developed, to assisting with addressing the difficulties that were faced in attracting examiners in a number of key public examination areas and subjects. A highly innovative and complex piece of market research was developed that identified the pinch points and helped enable QCA to overcome the difficulty.
