We will use state of the art thinking and technology

Event Management

Digital media is reducing unnecessary journeys, but there are times when only a live event can create a real buzz. People just love to get together, so make your event smooth, fun and relevant.

We pride ourselves in knowing what makes a great event: the right venue; slick organisation; incisive content; good food; and timely follow up. At any event it is essential that it all comes together in a seamless service - while it’s our job to do the worrying, you’ll be free to do your job and network with your guests. Whether it’s a major press launch, a keynote presentation to all your employees, or a community mobile roadshow, we can be there to welcome every guest, produce every visual aid, rig every piece of technical kit and serve every meal.

Tower Hamlets Event Management Services

Event Management Service

Tower Hamlets Council uses a range of events to engage local community leaders in debates on local priorities; promote campaigns and new services to local people; and inform and enthuse managers and employees with the council’s vision. Verve has supported many of them, defining key messages, producing creative video, print and interactive materials, and providing organisational and technical back up.

Personal Best - London Development Agency

Verve was brought in to create and manage a recognition ceremony for over 800 Londoners from diverse backgrounds who had completed the pre-volunteer programme for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games at the 02, Greenwich Peninsula.

2012 Olympic hopefuls Darius Knight (table tennis) and canoeist Jess Walker were joined by Deputy Mayor Richard Barnes, Sebastian Coe - Chair of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) and Olympian Jonathan Edwards CBE.

Verve sourced the speakers, entertainment and handled all the arrangements at the venue and liaised with all 32 London Boroughs represented on the day. To encourage the graduates to take the next step towards further volunteering and the jobs market, Verve also organised a Jobs and Skills Fair with representatives from over 30 organisations, including Wembley, Twickenham, Chelsea FC, Microsoft and the Metropolitan Police.

Mumtaz Bashir, Head of Personal Best Programme, LDA, said

“The Personal Best programme was so well showcased at the O2 last night and reflected the passion and hard work given by you and your team. It has been a real privilege to work with you in partnership and I would like to thank Verve for making the event such a success under difficult circumstances.”
