Staff feedback in Department of Work and Pensions
Making sure all staff received key messages on a regular basis within the largest ‘homeland’ government department was a challenge for senior managers with the Department of Work and Pensions. The department was keen to know how well staff in this very public-orientated service were being kept informed of key developments by team leaders and managers. Verve developed a monitoring scheme that provided qualitative and quantitative feedback to the internal communications team on a fortnightly basis.
Commission for Equality and Human Rights
The new CEHR Commissioners needed to be a diverse group capable of representing all perspectives in respect of discrimination and promoting human rights. Verve was brought in to ensure that candidates came forward from the community sector, business, and specialist professions - people who might not think of themselves as potential commissioners, but with lots to give. Our campaign led to coverage through a host of specialist media and executive search firm Rockpools saw one of their largest ever responses to a recruitment process.
