Managing Tower Hamlets' communications service
Following the restructuring of the communications team at Tower Hamlets Council, Verve was asked to provide press and public relations support, including an interim head of service, while recruitment of the new team took place. Verve brought in a variety of press and PR specialists, to provide an interim service. In addition to ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the communications office, they worked to develop and introduce new systems and approaches, which helped the council radically improve its internal and external communications.
