Duncan Sones was the CEO of a UK National Training Organisations and worked closely on education issues including ministerial level work on apprenticeships (Malcolm Wickes) and qualifications reform (Lord Puttnam) he also chaired the NTONC group on diversity and social inclusion. Since joining Verve as an associate director he has worked a wide range of initiatives as a conference facilitator looking at school modernisation; educational maintenance allowance; discretionary funding and transport policy. He has also worked on school safety programmes with ACPO/Ministry of Justice. As a trainer he supports senior managers through transition and delivers accredited Institute of Leadership and Management programmes.
