Gail Dudson

Gail Dudson is a trainer with 20 years experience. Gail has developed and delivered learning and guidance programmes, including web-based learning materials on arts and education for cultural workers, and employee development as part of an innovative programme for the Musicians' Union. Gail also designed an MA course for the University of Central England. She has worked in schools directly as a part of Creative Partnerships. She has extensive experience of consultative and facilitative processes with groups of clients, ranging from young people to fellow professionals, and of managing and directing consultancy projects. She developed for Business in the Arts: North West, a development needs analysis project, "Skilling Up" for 20 BME practitioners in the North West region. She also drafted the Creative and Cultural Sector Skills Council's Equality and Diversity policy. She worked extensively for the National Training Organisation for Arts and Entertainment and was chief verifier for Edexcel vocational music qualifications.
