Janet Bywater

Janet Bywater has an extensive record working across the public and private sectors in high profile regeneration and education and learning and skills management positions. She brings over nine years experience in Further Education (FE) management, coupled with over 10 years working on the major regeneration programmes. Experience and knowledge of several public funded delivery mechanisms - in FE (16-18 and Adults) workforce development and skills, apprenticeships and employability programmes, ESF. Her specialties include: bringing multi -agency partnerships together, strategy development, project development, advising on FE funding implications and responses, the creation of apprenticeship opportunities, supporting Post 16 planning within schools, developing, facilitating the sharing of best practice and bringing together peer support groups.
