Clive Caseley

Specialist in: Marketing, business development, media relations, research. Background: Strategist and pragmatic PR, he has advised boards and directors through some of their most complex challenges. Clive is a former Marketing Director of national mental health charity MIND, and has also been a local authority Communications Director and an Executive Director of Arts Council England. Career highlight: Clive’s award-winning engagement and marketing programmes have enabled complex service transformation, reshaped organisational cultures, and laid the foundations for new institutions to be created through merger or acquisition. What drives me? ‘The opportunity to work with amazing leaders who are changing lives.’
Account Director

Alex Louis

Specialist in: Systems thinking and communications in the public sector space.

Background: Leading and managing communications, marketing and PR teams in local government, education, criminal justice and the NHS. Trained as a radio journalist, ran a small PR consultancy specialising in housing and voluntary sector. Freelance journalist, PRO.

Career highlight: Successfully and single-handed, managing over 20 national and regional media – including live interviews with the Home Secretary (after a prison riot broke out), at the first national conference on the future of multi-ethnic Britain, after being brought on board with 48 hours’ notice.

What drives me? I’m drawn towards the difficult, complex and complicated, believing strongly that it’s here we can find solutions.

Head of not-for-profit practice

Janice Muir

Specialist in:  Public relations, strategic stakeholder management, campaigning, media, crisis and communication management.

Background: Public Sector and Third Sector public relations and communication.

Career Highlights: Produced media strategy and directed the launch of a major new report on Malaria for the World Health Organisation. The report was covered extensively in the national and international media, achieving a global print and broadcast audience reach of more than 310 million, for a budget of US$20,000, and a PRWeek award for best PR campaign. Subsequently directed UK media relations for a further WHO report about anti-microbial resistance and achieved an overall international audience reach of more than 317 million worldwide.

Peter Gluckman

Career highlight: Creating and implementing the package that prevented an excellent hospice from becoming bankrupt and providing a secure base for its future

What drives me? Working with those confronting what they consider to be serious and even intractable difficulties to find effective ways to manage them and then to improve outcomes for patients, service users, carers and public.

Colin Beesting

Colin is also a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor and leads our MHFA training course.

Background: Colin has twenty years’ experience in communications, engagement, marketing and change management in health, the public sector and cultural sector providing both operational delivery and strategic support and insight at senior levels in a range of regional and national organisations.

Background: Paul brings over 15 years’ of management experience within the private sector. Working for large retail, trade and hospitality outlets he possesses a deep understanding of commercial drives and imperatives along with how to manage and implement those demands.
